Georgia Republicans face lots of uncertainty after the finalization of primary results for several statewide offices, four of which will advance to runoffs. While Democrats have more decisive candidates in the gubernatorial race, down ballot races are still unclear.

Governor

Lieutenant Governor Burt Jones and Rick Jackson will advance to a June 16 runoff after neither was able to clinch at least 50% of the vote in the Republican primary, according to race results published by NBC News. The winner of the runoff will face off against former Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms, who decisively won the Democratic primary, in November.

Jones (R): 38.3%

Jackson (R): 32.6%

Lance Bottoms (D): 56.2%

Lieutenant Governor

With current Lt. Gov. Jones running in the governor race, his seat is up for grabs with several viable candidates from both parties throwing their hats in the ring. Both political party primaries ended in runoffs with Senate President Pro Tem John Kennedy and state Senator Greg Dolezal competing for the Republican nomination, and former state Senator Nabilah Parkes and state Senator Josh McLaurin competing for the Democrat nomination.

Kennedy (R): 27.3%

Dolezal (R): 23.1%

Parkes (D): 39.4%

McLaurin (D): 41.5%

U.S. Senate

Representative Mike Collins and Derek Dooley will advance to a Republican runoff, as well, with the winner facing incumbent Senator Jon Ossoff in the November midterms.

Collins (R): 40.5%

Dooley (R): 30.1%

Ossoff (D): Unopposed

Secretary of State

Both parties will advance to runoffs with Tim Fleming and Vernon Jones the top two votegetters in the Republican race, and Penny Reynolds and Dana Barrett the top two in the Democratic race.

Fleming (R): 39.2%

Jones (R): 27.3%

Reynolds (D): 42.3%

Barrett (D): 35.3%

Attorney General

Brian Strickland (R): 71.6%

Tanya Miller (D): 84.5%

House District 1

Jim Kingston (R): 52.4%

Joyce Griggs (D): 34.4%

Amanda Hollowell (D): 24.7%

Democrats Griggs and Hollowell will advance to a runoff.

House District 11

John Cowan (R): 42.8%

Chris Harden (D) 74.8%

House District 12

Ceretta Smith (D): 32.7%
