Former Vice President Kamala Harris endorsed former Democratic state Senator Jen Jordan and personal injury attorney Mircale Rankin for the Georgia Supreme Court.
The Georgia Democratic Party posted a video of former Vice President Harris making the endoresement April 24.

"It's going to be about who's going to protect and maintain your rights and your freedoms," former Vice President Harris said in the video. "There are two candidates who are extraordinary: Miracle Rankin and Jen Jordan."
Both candidates announced their campaigns to deseat two justices, Charlie Bethel and Sarah Warren who were appointed by former Republican Governor Nathan Deal, outside of the state Capitol Feb. 24.
"I urge you to please go to the polls and support them in their election to be on the Georgia Supreme Court," Harris said in the video. "This is such an important issue that will directly impact you and your family."
Both sitting justices' terms end on Dec. 31. The winners of the election will serve a six-year term starting Jan. 1, 2027.
Early voting started Monday, and the non-partisan election is scheduled for May 19.
