Georgia Lawmakers Divided on the War Against Iran

Georgia Democrats have all called for an immediate vote from Congress on a War Powers Resolution. To them, President Trump has acted beyond his authority and must be checked as soon as possible.

Georgia Republicans praised the President for taking on the Iranian regime and strengthening America’s position as a global power. To them, President Trump acted within his constitutional right against an undeniable threat.
