Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene’s (R) conflict with the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) continues as she engages in heated exchanges with the organization and its supporters.
This issue is still the same. Rep. Greene believes in a staunch ‘America First’ position that doesn’t make room for foreign lobbying.
AIPAC responded to one of Rep. Greene’s previous statements by pointing out that 9,000 of her constituents are members of the organization.
They also stated, “We are UNAPOLOGETICALLY patriotic Americans who advocate for an alliance that makes the United States safer, stronger, and more prosperous.”
Rep. Greene pointed out that those members only account for 0.011% of her district’s population, implying that she doesn’t represent such a small minority.
She also warned AIPAC not to step foot in her office, stating, “Do NOT enter my office because you are NOT registered under FARA. I ONLY work for the American people. My job title is REPRESENTATIVE in the U.S. House of Representatives.”
AIPAC has become the target because of its actions against the representative, but now the feud has expanded.
Notable figures, including Fox News Host Mark Levin and political commentator Laura Loomer, have jumped in to criticize Rep. Greene for being unpatriotic and hypocritical.
Laura Loomer questioned her integrity and went so far as to allege that Rep. Greene’s construction company hires illegal aliens, questioning Rep. Greene’s supposed ‘America First’ position.
Rep. Greene responded in kind by accusing Loomer of exclusively attacking Republicans and having no respect for other Americans. She went further and provocatively asked, “Many people are asking who or what government or what intelligence agency has bankrolled, the twice failed Congressional candidate, Laura Loomer all these years?”
Mark Levin didn’t hold back and called her an ‘embarrassment’ and a ‘nasty hypocrite.’ He went further and stated, “Marjorie Traitor Greene sounds like a lunatic and Marxist-Islamist Jew-hater, repeatedly stabs the president in the back, and trashes conservatives.”
In response, Rep. Greene didn’t hold back either and called Levin a ‘raging psychopath.’ She went further and stated, “Do you see the pattern? Fox News host Mark Levin, a once hateful NEVER TRUMPER, is 100% Israel FIRST and America LAST!!!”
The conflict has escalated quite a bit since it began and is expected to continue for some time. Rep. Greene is not one to let a confrontation like this end on someone else's terms.
