A press conference was recently held featuring an angel mom named Patty Morris. She was invited by the White House to tell her story and warn about the dangers of illegal immigration. Morris’s daughter, Rachel, was beaten to death by an illegal immigrant on a running trail.
Republican lawmakers took the opportunity to respond to this press conference. They pointed out that Patty Morris is represented by Democratic Senator Chis Van Hollen. They also pointed out that the illegal migrant responsible for the crime was also from El Salvador.
Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene responded by criticizing the media for their biased coverage. She also derided Democrats for being so ready to defend illegal migrants.
Rep. Greene stated, “I watched every minute of this press conference. Patty Morin is brave, but to have to tell this story I can’t imagine her pain. Shame on the media and the democrats for lying about and defending illegal criminals and monsters!!”
Representative Mike Collins chimed in to commend Morris for her bravery in speaking her truth. He also pointed out how strange it is for certain politicians to be so ready to protect criminals over law-abiding citizens.
Collins stated, “God bless Patty Morin and her family. It took tremendous strength to step up to that podium. Everyone needs to listen to what this illegal alien did to Rachel Morin and then ask why would any politician chose to protect the perpetrators and not the victims.”
House Speaker Mike Johnson weighed in on X as well. He pointed out how preposterous it is that Van Hollen is travelling for the sake of an illegal migrant instead of protecting his constituents.
He also made sure to point out this situation marks the difference between Republicans and Democrats.
Johnson commented, “While Democrats are traveling to foreign countries to DEFEND an illegal alien, domestic abuser, and violent gang member—Republicans stand with our OWN citizens like Patty Morin and other Americans who have lost their loved ones at the hands of illegal aliens.”
