Senator Jon Ossoff (D-GA) has called out the leading Republican Senatorial candidates over the recent shooting in Minnesota involving the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency. The candidates include Representative Buddy Carter (R-GA01), Representative Mike Collins (R-GA10), and political outsider Derek Dooley.

Specifically, Ossoff questioned why none of them have called for an independent and transparent investigation as to why Alex Pretti was killed. The Senator suggests that the candidates care very little about ICE’s conduct and thus need to be held accountable.

Rep. Collins directly responded to the callout and doubled down on his support for ICE. He called out Ossoff for refusing to speak up about the criminal illegal aliens whom ICE has recently apprehended.

Rep. Carter responded indirectly by reiterating his desire for ICE to establish a presence in the Metro Atlanta area. He also blamed Democrats like Ossoff for creating this border crisis in the first place.

Dooley’s team responded by releasing a new campaign video about Ossoff and his alleged ineffectiveness as a senator. They claim that, as someone responsible for open borders and high inflation, he is in no position to continue representing Georgians.
