A recent wave of violence has shocked the world after a terrorist incident occurred in Sydney, Australia, and a mass shooting in Rhode Island, USA. Fifteen people were shot and killed in Sydney, and two people were shot and killed at Brown University in Rhode Island.
Georgia lawmakers from both sides of the aisle have united to denounce the attacks and mourn for the people killed and the families victimized.
