Representative Mike Collins (R) has officially launched his campaign for Senate in 2026. He enters with a new campaign ad, pro-Trump agenda, and a promise to fight the radical left and represent the people of Georgia.
The first half of Rep. Collins’s new ad focuses on his record as a representative, highlighting his implementation of the America First agenda for Georgians.
Rep. Collins boasts about his advocacy for the one big, beautiful bill and his work to eliminate DEI polices while preserving girls’ sports.
A large part of this section is on the murder of Laken Riley by a criminal illegal alien that took place in Collins’s district. The ad highlights how he took matters into his own hands by sponsoring the Laken Riley Act, preventing any further harm to American citizens.
The second half of the ad is Rep. Collins’s pitch for why he is the one to replace Senator Jon Ossoff (D). He states that Georgians need a senator who will work for them, not for California or New York.
Rep. Collins slams Sen. Ossoff, claiming that he has never had a real job and actively hurts Georgia families. The ad finishes with Collins’s promise to put Georgians back in the driver’s seat.
Alongside the ad, Rep. Collins launched his official website for receiving donations. He commented, “If you want a successful businessman, conservative workhorse and America First fighter in the U.S. Senate, chip in some cash and I'll stay on the gas!”
The campaign is off to a strong start, as the new ad has already garnered massive attention on X. The post featuring the ad has received over 1,400 likes, 460 reposts, and 297,000 views.
Rep. Collins is looking to be a strong contender when compared to the engagement that Rep. Buddy Carter (R) received for his campaign ad. Carter’s ad garnered over 870,000 views, but has only gotten 480 reposts and 450 likes.
Rep. Mike Collins is likely to be the top Republican challenger to Sen. Jon Ossoff next year.
