The House of Representatives has passed the so-called "big beautiful bill" by a narrow margin on strict party lines, with 215 votes in favor and 214 votes against it.
As Fox News described, Democrats uniformly voted against the new budget plan, while nearly all Republicans likewise voted in favor, save for Representatives Thomas Massie (R-KY) and Warren Davidson (R-OH). House Freedom Caucus Chair Andy Harris (R-MD) voted "present."
